Michael A. Paasch, Bankruptcy Attorney
Michael A. Paasch represents clients in all aspects of the debtor and creditor relationship, focusing on issues such as representing debtors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, enforcement of security interests, liens and guarantees. In addition, he offers his expertise in legal matters regarding secured lending, refinancing and workouts of secured and unsecured debt.
Michael A. Paasch represents both individual and business debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization cases, and state court receivership and assignment for the benefit of creditors’ proceedings.
